Registration
The International Workshop on Psychology and Mental Health (WPMH 2025) welcomes students, scientists, researchers, and professionals worldwide to participate and contribute to discussions on the latest advancements in psychology and mental health.
Registration Steps
1️⃣ Submit Abstract
- If you wish to present your research, submit your abstract through the [Online Submission System] (less than 10MB) and select your registration type.
- Alternatively, download the [Registration Form], complete it, and email it along with your abstract to editor@iccpph.com.
2️⃣ Peer Review & Acceptance (For Abstract Submissions Only)
- Your abstract will be reviewed by the conference committee.
- If accepted, you will receive an Acceptance Letter and Invoice within 7-10 working days.
3️⃣ Complete Registration Payment
- Once you receive the Acceptance Letter and Invoice, complete your conference registration fee payment.
- Payment processing takes 1-3 days, and you will receive a confirmation upon completion.
4️⃣ Confirmation & Invitation Letter
- After successful payment, you will receive an e-copy of the official receipt and an official invitation letter.
5️⃣ Stay Updated
- All registered participants will receive regular conference updates and details once a month.

Important Notes
1️⃣ Abstract submissions are optional—you may register as an attendee without submitting an abstract.
2️⃣ To facilitate payment processing, participants must include the invoice number in their payment details (e.g., "WPMH2025T0001").
3️⃣ After payment, send a copy of the remittance receipt to the conference secretary at editor@iccpph.com.
4️⃣ Accepted payment methods:
- PayPal / Credit Card (Online)
- Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer (Bank service charges apply)
- Cash On-Site (only applicable for late/on-site registration)
5️⃣ Handling fees (bank or PayPal charges) are the participant’s responsibility.
6️⃣ Your registration will NOT be confirmed until full payment is received.
7️⃣ The registration fee does not cover accommodation, transportation, or visa application fees.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a registered participant is unable to attend and cannot transfer their registration, the following refund policy applies:
- Before October 31, 2025 → Full refund (minus transaction fees)
- Between November 1 and November 30, 2025 → 30-50% refund
- After December 1, 2025 → No refund
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent via email. For refunds, handling fees will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
