Speakers at WPMH 2025
The International Workshop on Psychology and Mental Health (WPMH 2025) is proud to feature a lineup of distinguished keynote speakers who are leading experts in psychology, mental health, neuroscience, and clinical research.
We welcome colleagues to submit abstracts and deliver oral or poster presentations at WPMH 2025.
1. Oral presentations will be conducted in English, with a duration of 30-40 minutes.
2. Qualified speakers will be selected through a rigorous review process and announced soon after confirmation.

Dr. Domenico Lombardo is a physicist and materials engineer, leading a research group at the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche - Istituto per i Processi Chimico-Fisici (CNR-IPCF) in Italy. He has extensive experience in neuroscience-related material research and regularly contributes as a consultant, reviewer, and editorial board member for international journals. He has authored over 100 publications with an H-index of 25.
Dr. Denys Makarov

Expertise: Cognitive Neuroscience, Artificial Intelligence, Mental Health Technologies
Dr. Makarov is a leading researcher in intelligent materials and systems at Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf in Germany. His work focuses on AI-driven cognitive neuroscience tools. He has received major European Research Council (ERC) grants and has published over 150 papers and five patents related to mental health monitoring and computational neuroscience.

Dr. Dinh-Toi Chu

Dr. Dinh-Toi Chu has conducted research at the University of Oslo and Hanoi National University of Education. His work focuses on stress-related mental disorders and psychological well-being, with over 150 publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Prof. Ai Chunqi

Prof. Ai Chunqi is the Director of the Mental Health Center at Taihe Hospital and a leading researcher in psychosomatic medicine. He has spearheaded the China-UK NHS Tavistock and Portman project on mental health and is a Scientific Committee Member for the Chinese Medical Association’s Marine Psychological Association. His research focuses on integrated therapy for psychiatric disorders and mental health policy development.
Prof. Mazhar Ul Islam

Prof. Mazhar Ul Islam specializes in biochemical engineering and neuroscience.
